The US President Hints at Withdrawing Support from Ukraine, Calls Europe 'Feeble' and 'Decaying'.

In a new discussion, President Trump has hinted he could walk away from backing Kyiv while intensifying his recent criticism of Europe, labeling it as "feeble" and "decaying" and asserting it was "destroying itself" through immigration.

A Rambling Interview Full of Misstatements and Recurring Grudges

During the often halting exchange, the US president was unable to identify any cities in Ukraine besides Kyiv, distorted elements of the war's progress, and recycled nationalist rhetoric about European immigration that mirrored conspiracy theories.

Trump demanded Ukraine's president to accept his proposal to cede territory to Russia, claiming that Moscow held the "advantage" and that Zelenskyy's government must "cooperate."

"I won't rule in or out. That's not for discussion," he stated regarding potential military strategy, also refusing to exclude sending US forces into Venezuela.

Europe's 'Civilisational Erasure' Framed in Racial Terms

Trump returned repeatedly to framing what he called Europe's problems in entirely racial terms, calling some unnamed European leaders "real stupid."

"Should this continue on its current path, Europe won't remain... many of those countries will cease to function any longer. Their approach to migration is a catastrophe. What they're doing on migration is a disaster," he asserted.

This view came after the release of a recent American strategy document that stated Europe faced "cultural obliteration" because of large-scale immigration, providing implicit backing for far-right parties.

EU Response: "Stay Out"

In response, European Council president António Costa said the implication that Washington would support Europe's nationalist parties was not acceptable, adding: "We will not tolerate is the prospect to interfere in European politics."

Criticism of Major Cities and Mayor Khan

Discussing changes he claimed were happening in major metropolitan areas such as London and Paris, Trump was explicit that the issue, as he viewed it, was that they were becoming less white. He once more criticized London's mayor, London's first Muslim mayor.

"And Europe is... if you take a look at Paris, it has changed dramatically. I loved Paris. It is not the same. If you take a look at London, there is Mayor Khan. He is terrible. He's an incompetent mayor, and is a vile leader. In my view his tenure is a failure," Trump said.

He added that new arrivals were "coming in from globally. Not just the Middle East, they're coming in from the Congo, tremendous numbers of people coming from the Congo."

Future of the US-Europe Partnership

Questioned if the trajectory meant European countries would cease to be US allies, Trump replied: "Perhaps they will become... that depends. Their beliefs will shift, of course, since newcomers hold opposing views. But it's gonna make them much weaker. They will become... they'll be much weaker."

While he denied he had no grand plan for Europe, Trump conceded he had "supported figures that many Europeans don't like," including Hungary's Viktor Orbán.

"I don't have a blueprint for Europe. My only desire is to see a strong Europe. Look, I have a vision is on America First. It's 'MAGA,'" he stated. "I'm supposed to be a very smart person. I see. I hear. I am informed. The situation is clear. I get reports the public doesn't. And I think it's tragic what is occurring to Europe."
